'The Watcher'
Portrait painting of an African Wild Dog. This wild dog was part of a very interesting sighting we enjoyed in Botswana. The pack of dogs had managed to chase a leopard up into the small trees
just behind this dog. They stole an impala the leopard had just killed and ate most of the carcass. The dogs couldn't reach the leopard in the tree, so eventually got bored of waiting for her to move and left the scene. The leopard
came down from the tree as soon as they'd gone and started searching the area for any bits of impala they might have missed.
