unsaddling area at Newmarket's delightful July Course.
The July Course is a favourite venue for many artists with it's thatched roofed buildings and the mature trees
casting dappled shadows on the racehorses. The course is as the name suggests only used in summer. Spring and autumn racing
at Newmarket takes place on the Rowley Mile Course which has larger more modern facilities but lacks some of the
old world charm of the July Course.
